Where did Kaguya Otsutsuki come from?

She has the Rinne Sharingan in the form of a third eye on her forehead. Using this third eye she can cast infinite Tsukuyomi and see-through genjutsu as well.

She can even make giant chakra fists known as “God Vaccum fists” that can destroy an entire susano’s.
